I recently drove the loop around Ankeny Wildlife Refuge near our home with my daughter Kate. Although there weren't many birds or ducks, there were some beautiful reflections! Even some old snags can be quite pretty.
This beautiful Red Tail was making loops above my head. Did you know you can tell a Red Tail from below by the dark "bars" along the front of its wings?There's nothing so sweet as new baby lambs!
This picture is especially for my sister Candy. She loves pussy willows! :-)
