Teaching Our Children to Love Nature

 If you live in Oregon, especially near Salem, you don't have to travel for miles to experience the fascinating world of nature and to appreciate our beautiful world!

 Some of my children and grandchildren invited me to hike with them at Silver Creek Falls.

 We took one of the shorter trails to Upper North Falls. It is a lovely hike, and right now there are salmon berries and huckleberries to enjoy along the path.

 Oliver has it easy riding in a pack :). He's pretty happy about the whole thing.
