Independence Day!

 We had a great 4th of July!

 Our family gathered for fun, relaxation and a BBQ.

 We went to our favorite place to watch fireworks. We enjoyed homemade caramel corn that my daughter Megan made, and we drank hot chocolate that Bill prepared for each of us. We enjoyed a beautiful show of fireworks!

 We are blessed to know that we are all created equal and have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! We live in a country where there are those who strive to uphold these rights. We are also blessed by all who have given their lives to protect these rights since the foundation of this great country!

 Now THAT is worth celebrating!
