Chipmonks and Birds

I never grow tired of watching the wildlife out of our window. I often leave my camera on the kitchen table and capture what I can.

This finch was singing its little heart out.

We have many grosbeaks return each year. This one is a female.

This chickadee has snatched one of its favorite foods...a cracked sunflower seed.
The fox sparrows are content to search the grass for whatever drops out of the feeders.

Our chickadee babies fledged just before Aimee and Sam got here. They were there when I left to pick them up and gone when we returned home. One baby died, but we know there were at least five. I love their little sweet song.
