A Day With My Daughter and William Finley

What is more fun than spending a day with our kids? Kristin and I drove back from Eugene and detoured at the William Finley Wildlife Refuge. I really should let Kristin post these because she took most of them (with my camera :).
"When all at once I saw a crowd, a host, of golden daffodils..." (Longfellow)
I laughed at Kristin for taking a picture of this silly rooster. I have to admit he had a lot of character.

The refuge has several old barns
 Mergansers
Beautiful relfections!

Haha! I knew you liked that ole rooster even though you told me he was ugly ;-) It was a great day though and I'd love to go back! -Kris
