The next 6 posts depict our mini-vacation with Chris and Bev at the coast. We had a wonderful time together and hated to leave. We set up camp at The Seal Rock RV Park. It is one of our favorite places to stay because it is small, clean, and has wonderful campground hosts.
"Mutt and Jeff"
The little town of Seal Rock has the best fudge shop on the coast (with family recipes). You are looking at milk chocolate/walnut, chocolate rum raisin, and penuche. Pretty cruel, huh.
One night we grilled some "foil meals." They are made up of chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, and onions) with ground burger added (this one has turkey burger). Add some seasoning, wrap it in foil, and "Bob's your uncle and Sally's your Aunt!"
Bill and Becky's campsite (enjoying "some mores")
We introduced Bev and Chris to an "English breakfast" which included sausages, stewed tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and biscuits (well, it is an "American" version of an English breakfast).

Looking at the pictures makes me wish I was there on the coast camping! I can almost smell the salt air mixed with the campfire.
