Bittersweet

 A little earlier in the summer this sweet mamma came by with her twins. It was such a privilege to watch them. They came by several times.

 I had to capture shots quickly.

 The mother was injured and limping badly. It looked like she might have been hit by a car at some time.

 Beautiful faces!

 She was a good mother, grooming and snuggling with her little ones. It was a tender moment to watch her with her babies.

 Make sure that ear is clean!

 Lick, lick, lick, lick, lick...

Not too long after that the twins came by with no mamma. I was very sad. I hope they survived as that was the last time I saw them.
