This is a block of bird seed that I put out for the BIRDS. It didn't take long for these two to discover it and make short work of it within two days! These are probably yearlings, and the one of the left is a little buck (if you enlarge the picture you can see little nubs on its head...you can also see the deer on the right licking molasses from its nose)
They are pretty fuzzy this time of the year.
This is the little buck.
He looks like he's smiling :-).
They got annoyed with us watching and decided it was time to split.
